Job Purpose: Sr. Operational Quality Officer
The primary mission of the Sr. Operational Quality Officer is to ensure quality compliance during the production operations. The role focuses on producing high-quality products that align with GSK’s and regulatory bodies’ specifications. Additionally, the role supports continuous process improvements in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and GSK’s Quality Management System (QMS).
Key Responsibilities
As a Sr. Operational Quality Officer at GSK Karachi, your responsibilities will include:

Product Compliance: Ensuring products are manufactured and released in compliance with GSK’s specifications, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements.

Data Collection and Documentation: Gathering and archiving core quality processes data, such as temperature records and retention store appendices, following QMS requirements.

GMP and EHS Adherence: Enforcing GMP and EHS standards consistently on the production floor to maintain a high level of quality and safety.

Operational Quality Activities: Supporting First Line Leader Operational Quality (FLL OQ) in managing quality activities and implementing site strategies within the quality function.

Audit Participation: Engaging actively in management monitoring and internal business monitoring (IBM) audits.

EHS Reporting: Reporting adverse events related to environment, health, and safety.

Certificate of Analysis (CoA) Management: Generating and managing Certificates of Analysis for produced products.

Document Management: Managing document retention stores for organized and compliant documentation practices.

In-Process Controls: Performing In-Process Controls (IPC), line clearance, and challenge tests during day and night shifts.

Batch Document Review: Ensuring timely compilation, review, and release of batch documentation for seamless product release processes.
Required Qualifications
